Tatyana Rehn, Co-Owner of the Stone Oven Bakery and Cafe

Tatyana Rehn emigrated from Russia in the 1970s, settling in Cleveland, OH. She began the Stone Oven Bakery and Cafe in 1995, starting first with fresh-baked breads and then adding pastries as the bakery grew. Tatyana has a unique story about how she first learned about Russian tea biscuits and began making them at the Stone Oven.
