Davis Bakery and Delicatessen

Davis Bakery opened in 1939, and it has been a family business ever since. The family is proud of working together in all aspects of the business, including preserving traditional family recipes — among them the Russian tea biscuit. The documentary features Joel Davis, the current owner (pictured on the left), and cousins Samuel and Marilyn Perkul (pictured above).
